Cheerleader – Omi (Felix Jaehn Remix)

Again.. Kids nowadays. Young DJs are filling up radio stations and making $$$ while we’re wondering what were doing when we were 20 years old. Felix Jaehn from Hamburg took Omi’s “Cheerleader” from 2012, mixed it up with a Piña Colada then spinned it right to the number 1 in the charts of 6 countries since January this year.

Felix Jaehn played the violin as a child but started DJing in Hamburg at the age of 16. He spent some time in London and really defined his sound, however in the UK his track has not made it past #70 in the charts. He’ll come and play at the EGG on the 19th of June 2015.

The trumpet is played by another German talent called Leonard Bywa, Techhouse, Techno and Deephouse. He’s also a DJ himself.

Don’t you worry, this guilty pleasure is on us.
